Last March, Ashley and I discovered a great tool for organization.

We were looking for a way to organize a remodeling project we were doing. We wanted something we could both see and edit. She mentioned igoogle, so of course we used igoogle. It was a great find. I’m sure most of you have used this for a long time, or at least heard of it. I’m not very “up to date” on a lot of things. Anyway, this ended up being wonderful for us and yes, even I can use it.

www.igoogle.com

There are gadgets that you can add to your page, to fit your needs, from games to google docs.

Things we use igoogle for:

Document storage (Google Docs)

Picture storage (Picasa)

Two-way communication (iGoogle sticky-notes gadet and Google notebook)

Calendars

Budgeting (Google Docs- you can create wonderful spreadsheets to do a ton of things)

We have a quote page set up, news, weather, and the list goes on. Check it out if you haven’t already.

And the Best, Most Important thing about iGoogle is. . . It is FREE! Absolutely Free!

PS- Ashley insisted that I had that last line.
