Chessie the Snowlady in the Edith Carrier Arboretum

Today, we had the first snowfall of the winter, a gorgeous heavy snowfall.
Ryan and I went to the Edith Carrier Arboretum, at JMU, where we were married last year, sadly the first time we had been there since the wedding. We had been meaning to go photograph the beautiful setting, and today was the perfect day.
When we arrived at the Arboretum we were walking in and could hear giggles coming from down by the pond. When we got down there, we found six JMU students building a masterpiece.

Her name is Chessie the Snowlady.

Look she even has boobies!

Chessie, was named after Chesapeake Hall, where these sculptures live.

Thank you Ladies for allowing us to take photographs of you and Chessie! She is gorgeous!
