We have so many zucchini and squash from the garden and I was wondering what in the world to do with them all! I have started grating up the zucchinis that get overlooked (huge!) and freezing them so that we will be able to have zucchini bread in the winter and use it in as a filler in soups, etc. Hope that you guys are doing well!!
