Southern people often have a way of making the healthiest fresh fruits and vegetables deliciously high calorie.
This is the perfect example.
Fresh Sliced Squash and Zucchini

Dipped in a mixture of eggs and heavy cream

Covered in flour

Fried

On both sides

and sprinkled with sugar

Sure some calories were added, but it’s still squash, and it makes a great snack or appetizer!
